DRAGON RAJA SEA PERSONALITY GUIDE
You can acess the Personality Traits page by clicking on the Profile on the top left of the main screen, then click on the "Feature" tab on the right column. Here, you will see a globe. The globe will have some Dots on it, each Dot represents a personality trait. You can click on the Dots to check out your personality score for each Trait.
PERSONALITY ANALYSIS
In the Personality Page, you can press on the "Analysis" button at the bottom right to take a look at your character's personality analysis.
At the bottom left, you can see your Justice vs Chaos personality points. As the names suggest, you will get Justice points by doing righteous deeds, and Chaos points by doing the opposite. For the game, it is recommended that you focus on getting 1 type, either Justice or Chaos. Do not try to get both, because it is not possible, and you will end up having little points for both. This is because, in order to trigger some quests like the Dark Alley Bronze Tale Quest, you will need 20 Justice Points, or 20 Chaos Points.

Personality traits are gained or lost when you are made to make certain decisions during the game. I still don't know the full impact of the traits on the character, but it is said that some traits are necessary in order for some tale quests to be unlocked.
Regardless of the reasons, below are some youtube videos that help you to farm the personality trait that you need. The videos basically cover repeatable events that you can do, some are daily while some are weekly. So you can slowly farm the traits that you need.
Do also check by the Latest Events section of the guide. Sometimes, short term events do allow us to farm personality points too.
